On July 30, the Institute of Plant Biology and Biotechnology welcomed Kairat Serikbayevich Bisetayev, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Agrarian Scientific and Educational Center (NASEC), and Tursynali Marlen Tursynaliuly, a Kazakh researcher, PhD, and entrepreneur.
During the visit, the guests met with the Institute’s Director General, Kanat Abayevich Yermekbayev. They were introduced to the Institute’s key research areas, toured its scientific laboratories, and discussed prospects for cooperation in science, innovation, and the commercialization of research results.
Particular attention was given to the implementation of scientific research outcomes in industry, the development of innovative technologies for the agricultural sector, and strengthening collaboration between research institutions and industry.
The Institute of Plant Biology and Biotechnology continues to expand its partnerships, contributing to the advancement of science, innovation, and the sustainable development of Kazakhstan’s agricultural sector.
